慢性泪囊炎伴泪小管阻塞联合手术的疗效观察
【摘要】 目的 探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪小管阻塞插管术的临床疗效。方法 鼻黏膜及泪囊“I”字型切口均改为前瓣大,不留后瓣,泪囊内引流物由凡士林纱条改为山东福瑞达公司生产的泪道引流管。结果 全部患者术后泪溢症状消失,冲洗泪道通畅,无返流现象发生。结论 慢性泪囊炎伴泪小管阻塞的治疗是目前泪道疾病中最复杂治疗。用上述方法增加了手术成功率、降低了手术难度、简化了手术步骤、缩短了手术时间,患者易于接受。【关键词】 慢性泪囊炎;泪囊鼻腔吻合术;泪小管阻塞;泪道插管术
【Abstract】 Objective To study the combined dacryocystorhinostomy intubation of lacrimal duct obstruction clinical efficacy.Methods Nasal mucosa and lacrimal sac “I” shaped incisions were replaced before the valve,it was not left flap,lacrimal drainage within the property by the Vaseline to Shandong Freda produced lacrimal drainage.Results All patients epiphora symptom disappeared,and lacrimal irrigation,no reflux phenomenon.Conclusion Chronic dacryocystitis with lacrimal duct obstruction in the treatment of lacrimal duct diseases is the most complex treatment.Use of such methods to increase the success rate,reduces the difficulty of operation,simplifying the surgical procedure,reducing operative time,more acceptable to patients. ......
