【摘要】 目的 探讨电子喉镜和喉息肉钳在喉部手术中的应用价值。方法 对134例咽喉部患者在电子喉镜下配合喉息肉钳进行手术治疗。结果 本组134例患者手术均一次性成功,无手术并发症发生。术后随访均无复发。结论 电子喉镜配合喉息肉钳喉部手术与间接喉镜、纤维喉镜、全麻支撑喉镜术相比,具有手术简单方便、视野清晰、操作精细、费用低廉、疗效确切等优点,符合微创外科原则,值得临床推广采用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the electronic laryngoscope and laryngeal polyp forceps throat surgery in value.Methods 134 patients with throat patients laryngoscopy with laryngeal polyp forceps for surgery.Results 134 patients were operated one-time success,no complications occurred.There was no recurrence after follow-up.Conclusion The electronic laryngoscope with surgery of the larynx and laryngeal polyp forceps and laryngoscopy,laryngoscope,laryngoscopy compared with general anesthesia,with easy operation,clear vision,precise operation,low cost,the exact effect of the advantages of compliance the principle of minimally invasive surgery,is worthy of clinical use. ......
