【摘要】 目的 应用阴道超声监测卵泡发育治疗不孕症。方法 对38例不孕妇女利用阴道B超监测卵泡并指导性生活。结果 监测142个周期临床证实已受孕12例,受孕率为31.57%(12/38)。结论 阴道超声可作为监测卵泡发育的重要手段。

    【Abstract】 Objective Transvaginal ultrasound to monitor follicular development treatment of infertility.Methods 38 infertile women using transvaginal follicular B-monitoring and guiding life.Results Monitoring of 142 cycles have been clinically proven 12 cases of pregnancy,pregnancy rate was 31.57 percent.Conclusion Vaginal ultrasound is an important means to monitor follicular development.
