肝组织切除术治疗肝胆管结石的临床疗效(1)
【摘要】 目的 观察肝组织切除术治疗肝胆管结石的临床疗效。方法 我科47例肝胆管结石患者,均采用肝组织切除术治疗,术后随访6~24个月。结果 治疗效果良好,术后有2例患者发生胆漏, 均在术后2~3 d腹腔引流管引出胆汁延期7~10 d拔管,自行愈合。1例术后5d切口感染,经引流冲洗换药、抗炎,术后20 d好转。47例患者均获得随访,其中临床疗效优为40例,良6例,1例患者术后12个月发生肝胆管结石复发进行再手术,无死亡病例。结论 肝组织切除术治疗肝胆管结石,有可靠的临床疗效,术后复发率小,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of liver resection in treatment of hepatolithiasis.Methods 47 cases in our department were treated by liver resection and all of them were followed up for 6~24 months.Results The effect was good, postoperative bile leakage occurred in 2 patients, the bile were drainaged through the abdominal bile drainage tube in 2~3 d after the surgery,extubation was done after 7~10 d,the wound healed without other dealing masures.1 case was infected after 5 days and was improved in 20 days after the treatment of drainage and anti-inflammatory.All of the 47 cases were followed and 40cases were excellent,6 cases good,1 case recurrenced after 12 months and was re-operated,no case died.Conclusion Liver resection in treatment of hepatolithiasis has a reliable effect and the recurrence rate is lower,it is worth to promote. ......
