超声引导下经皮穿刺肾脏造瘘的临床应用价值

     【摘要】目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺肾脏造瘘对改善肾后性梗阻患者肾功能的临床价值。方法 28例患者(30个肾脏)在超声引导下,采用一步法将7F~8F猪尾巴导管放置于扩张的肾盂内,引流减压。结果 28例患者30个肾脏,放置导管成30个,功率为100%,无严重并发症。结论实时超声引导下经皮穿刺肾脏造瘘术的成功率高,创伤小、安全、有效、可靠、并发症少,对改善肾后性梗阻引起的肾功能衰竭具有重要的临床意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy (PCN) in patients with post renal uremia. Methods Ultrasound-guided percutaneous placement of nephrostomy catheters were performed in 28 patients (30 kidneys) by using Seldinger technique.Results PCNs were successful in 30 kidneys (100%,30/30) at first attempt. The improvement of renal function was marked, and no severe complications occurred.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided PCN is a safe and effective procedure for patients with obstructive uropathy. ......
