产褥感染156例病因分析及预防措施
【摘要】 目的 探讨发生产褥感染病因,力求降低产褥感染发生率,确保分娩孕产妇安全。方法 2007~2009年在我院住院分娩发生产褥感染156例产妇进行回顾性分析。结果 会阴裂伤及切口感染居产褥感染发病率第一位。结论 提倡住院分娩,消毒产妇用物,接产严格无菌操作,保持外阴清洁是预防产褥感染关键。【关键词】 产褥感染;病因分析;预防措施

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the etiology and decrease the incidence of puerperal infection, which aims to make the pregnant women more safer during the period of delivery. Methods 156 pregnant women underwent puerperal infection from 2007~2009 in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Perineal laceration and incision infection is the most common reason for puerperal infection. Conclusion Delivery in hospital, sterilizing the belongings of the pregnant women, Asepsis during delivery as well as keeping pudendum clean play a very key role in the prevention of Puerperal Infection. ......
