热盐水浴降温法在临床应用中的疗效观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 热盐水浴作为一种既古老又陌生的物理降温方法目前还甚少有人知道及应用。本研究目的是探讨热盐水洗浴法在儿科发热患者中退热的疗效。 方法 将于2008年9月1日至2009年12月31日急诊就诊的符合纳入标准的发热患儿按就诊顺序随机分成实验组及对照组。实验组用热盐水洗浴法降温,对照组用酒精擦浴法降温。分别记录降温前、降温后0.5 h、降温后1 h患者的体温,各时间点两组体温进行t检验,总体比较运用SPSS13.0中的方差分析模块进行统计分析。结果 热盐水洗浴法组降温前、降温后0.5 h、降温后1 h的体温分别是(38.95±0.61) ℃、(37.95±0.58) ℃、(37.92±0.49) ℃;酒精擦浴法降温组降温前、降温后0.5 h、降温后1 h的体温分别是(39.06±0.52) ℃、(38.33±0.47) ℃、(38.78±0.52) ℃。降温后0.5 h两组进行t检验,热盐水洗浴法组体温降低幅度比酒精擦浴法组大。具有统计学意义(P=0.007),降温后1 h两组体温进行t检验,也有具有统计学意义(P<0.001),认为热盐水洗浴法降温效果比酒精擦浴法降温持久。总体上两组进行方差分析检验,两种处理方法在降温疗效上具有统计学意义(P=0.001),热盐水洗浴法降温效果比酒精擦浴法好。结论 热盐水洗浴法降温比酒精擦浴法迅速、持久;操作简单,更适合在家庭护理实践中应用,应大力推广。

【Abstract】 Objective Physical antipyresis is adopted extensively to lower the body temperature as a method of pyretolysis.It is used as a method of pyretolysis alone.It is also a second cooling method to antipyretic therapy.The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of hot salt water bath as a physical antipyresis to cool the temperature in the fever patients of pediatrics.Methods The patients with fever admitted to the Emergency from 01 September in 2008 to 31 th December in 2009 were eligible for inclusion and were randomized on the order of visiting into experiment or control groups.The experiment group received the method of hot salt water bath to cool the temperature,and the control group received the method of alcohol sponge bath.They were recorded the temperature before cooling,0.5 hour after cooling,1 hour after cooling.The data was analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results The temperatures of experiment group before cooling,0.5 hour and 1 hour after cooling were (38.95±0.61)℃,(37.95±0.58)℃and (37.92±0.49)℃.The temperatures of control group before cooling,0.5 hour and 1 hour after cooling were (39.06±0.52)℃,(38.33±0.47)℃and (38.78±0.52)℃.The effect of hot salt water bath has better than that of alcohol sponge bath.Conclusion The method of hot salt water bath reduced the body temperature of the patients with fever rapidly ......
