通心络胶囊对急性脑梗死的血液流变学影响及临床疗效的观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察通心络胶囊对急性脑梗死临床及血液流变学的影响,探讨该药的临床疗效。方法 将120例入选的脑梗死急性期患者随机分为2组,对照组60例,治疗组60例。2组均常规脱水降颅压,改善神经细胞代谢,防止并发症及对症治疗。治疗组在此基础上口服通心络胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d,通服4周。观察其用药前后血液流变学指标(全血高切指数、低切指数、全血还原粘度,总胆固醇、三酰甘油)的变化及神经缺损评分。结果 治疗组与对照组比较,血液流变学、血脂水平与临床疗效,差异均有显著变化意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 通心络胶囊能有效改善血液流变学、血脂指标和脑梗死的神经缺损评分,有较好的临床疗效,是改善脑组织缺血的安全有效药物。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss Tongxinluo capsule reaches blood flowing deformation, the clinical curative effect discussing that medicine clinically to impatient brain infarction. Methods The impatient brain infarction scheduled time patient random that 120 examples were chosen who were divided into 2 groups ,contrasts guoup (60)and curing a group (60), 2 groups of equal routine dehydration were conquer skull pressure , improve the nerve cell supersession , guard against complication and good for the disease treat. Cure the capsule professing to be convinced group here on the basis exchanging heart net like things , 4 be accustomed to 4 cycles 3 time , every time every day. (Three esters change and nerve defects observing the person using medicine front and back blood flowing deformation learning index entire blood height to cut an exponent , cutting the exponent , entire blood deoxidation viscosity , general cholesterin , glycerin low) grade. Results Compare with to contrasting a group set, blood flowing deformation learning , the blood grease are horizontal and the clinical curative effect , difference have notable change meaning without exception (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule being able to have an effect to improve blood flowing deformation learning, the blood grease melts the silt and the brain infarction nerve defect grading, have very good clinical curative effect, be to improve the brain organizing the safe effective medicine lacking for blood ......
