【摘要】 目的 探讨单纯手法整复无创治疗小儿肠套叠的体会。方法 2004年至2010年应用单纯手法整复小儿肠套叠10例,年龄5月~4岁,平均年龄18月,直接单纯手法整复成功3例。间接单纯手法整复成功7例,其中包括B超监视下生理盐水压力灌肠整复失败2例,灌肠整复成功后复位不全复发2例,肠套叠手术后一年复发性肠套叠1例,诊断肠套叠后住院决定手术治疗,在硬膜外麻醉下单纯手法复位成功,停止手术2例。结果 本组10例肠套叠患儿最终均是经过单纯手法复位成功,复位所需时间5~30 mins。复位后未发生肠穿孔及腹膜炎等并发症。结论 严格掌握适应证,采取单纯手法整复肠套叠,简单,有效,无创,值得推广,试用。
