【摘要】 目的观察老年患者股骨颈骨折手术时的麻醉选择,探讨患者下肢骨折手术的麻醉经验。方法 2007年3月至2009年3月在我院行股骨颈骨折手术的68例65岁以上老年患者,均采用持续硬膜外麻醉完成手术。结果 所有患者麻醉效果满意,术后恢复好,均痊愈出院。结论 对高龄股骨颈骨折患者进行充分的术前病情评估及术后严密监测是保证安全的重要环节,连续硬膜外阻滞麻醉对老年患者生理干扰小,安全性大,麻醉效果满意,值得临床推广应用。
