氟米松与维A酸治疗寻常性银屑病的临床观察
【摘要】 目的观察复方氟米松软膏与维A酸治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效和安全性。 方法72例寻常生银屑患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。治疗组外用复方氟米松软膏,对照组外用维特明霜,两组疗程均为6周。 结果治疗组有效率86.89%,对照组为66.67%,两组疗效差异有显著性( P <0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率为5.*56%,对照组为22.22%,两者差异有显著性( P <0.05)。 结论复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常性银屑病疗效好,安全性高。【关键词】

Clinlcal observation of the orsalin ointment and the tretinoin the treatment ofpsoriasis vulgaris

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy and safety of orsalin ointment and tretinoin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. MethodsA randomized,parallel comparative clinical observation was performed in 72 patients with psoriasis vulgaris.They were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group of 36 cases was treated with orsalin ointment an the control group if 36 cases with Tretinoin.The response was evaluated at 6 weeks. ResultsThe total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.89%and 66.67%in the control group.the adverse effect rate of the experimental group was 88.89%and 66.67%in the comtrol group.the adverse effect rate of the expenimental group was 5.*56%and 22.22%in the control group.there was a significantdifference between the two groups' treatment effect rate( P <0.05)aswell as those adverse effeot rate( P <0.05). ConclusionTt is effective and safety for orsalin ointment in the treatment of psorisasis vulgaris. ......
