【摘要】 顺铂(DDP)是一种广谱抗癌药,但由于在临床使用后,在患者体内代谢会产生大量的自由基,很容易引起肾毒性,造成肾损伤。因而在临床使用上往往要采取一定的措施减轻其对患者的肾损伤。黄芪味甘性温,入脾、肺经,具补气固表利水、养血生肌托毒之功。现代药理研究发现黄芪含多种皂苷、多糖、氨基酸、叶酸及硒、锌、铜等多种微量元素,具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗自由基等作用。

    【Abstract】 cisplatin(DDP)is a kind of cancer,but due to the clinical use in patients after metabolization inside body produces a large number of free radicals,easy to cause kidney toxicity,cause kidney damage.Thus in clinical use tend to take some measures to reduce the patients with renal damage.Astragalus of temperature,the spleen,lung,fill the gas-solid table,blood,torre was poisoned.Modern pharmacology study found that contains a variety of astragalus saponins,polysaccharide,amino acids,folic acid and selenium,zinc,copper and various microelement,enhance immunity,antioxidation,free radicals. ......
