P-选择素及高敏C反应蛋白在高血压发生冠心病事件中的作用(2)

本研究观察时间短,样本还不够大,今后将在此基础上扩大样本量,对单纯高血压患者进行长期的随访研究并观察其心血管不良事件的发生率,并评估与血小板活化及炎症的关系。这将有利于深入了解P-选择素在高血压发生CAD事件中的作用,为高血压患者早期采用有效的抗血小板活化药物治疗提供可靠依据。
