南华县新生儿乙型肝炎疫苗首针不及时接种原因的调查分析

【摘要】 目的 分析南华县2008~2009年两年新生儿首针乙肝疫苗及时接种情况,方法 采用现场调查的方法,对南华县2008~2009年14个乡镇卫生院、县人民医院、妇幼保健院及时接种情况进行调查。结果 2008年南华县新生儿活产数2400名,乙肝疫苗首针共接种2400针,及时接种1776针,及时接种率74%,未及时接种624名,未及时接种率26%;2009年南华县新生儿活产数2443名,乙肝疫苗首针共接种2443针,及时接种2204针。及时接种率90.2%未及时接种239名,未及时接种率9.8%。结论 2008年624名未及时接种乙肝疫苗新生儿中有495名在家出生,25名属低体重儿,30名属早产儿,30名属出生时患有疾病,44名由于当班医生及护士害怕当风险未接种(主要是县人民医院妇产科在接种疫苗时产生过纠纷,一度时期未能及时接种);2009年239名未及时接种乙肝疫苗新生儿中有141名在家出生,35名属低体重儿,33名早产儿,30名属出生时患有疾病。

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis Nanhua County in 2008 and 2009 newborn first dose HB vaccine prompt vaccination situation.Methods To use the scene investigation to investigate Nanhua County in 2008~2009 14 villages and towns.Results women's and children's dispensary.The result in 2008 Nanhua County newborn live birth were 2400, the HB vaccine first dose altogether vaccinates were 2400 needles, vaccinates promptly were 1776 needles, the prompt vaccination coverage was 74%,not promptly vaccinated was 624, not prompt vaccination coverage was 26%; In 2009 Nanhua County newborn live birth was 2443, the HB vaccine first dose altogether vaccinates was 2443 needles, vaccinates promptly 2204 needles.The prompt vaccination coverage was 90.2% not promptly vaccinated 239, not prompt vaccination coverage was 9.8%. Conclusion In 2008,624 prompt vaccination HB vaccine newborn has not had 495 to be born in the home, 25 are the low body weight, 30 are the premature infant, 30 are when the birth contracts disease, because 44 are on duty doctor and the nurse is afraid when the risk vaccination (mainly has not been county people hospital gynecology and obstetrics department when vaccination vaccine has had dispute, once time has not been able to vaccinate promptly); In 2009,239 prompt vaccination HB vaccine newborn has not had 141 to be born in the home, 35 are the low body weight, 33 premature infants, 30 are when the birth contracts disease.

新生儿接种乙型肝炎疫苗要求在出生后24h内接种,我县自2001年始把乙型肝炎疫苗纳入免疫规划,每年都有新生儿乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率的统计。现将2008~2009年新生儿乙肝疫苗接种情况及首针乙肝疫苗未及时接种情况报告如下。
1 资料与方法
