低分子肝素钙联合复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨低分子肝素钙联合复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 81例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组，对照组39例采用常规治疗。治疗组42例在常规治疗基础上采用复方丹参滴丸20粒，3次/d口服，连用2周；同时应用低分子肝素钙6 000 U皮下注射，1次/d，连用7 d。2组疗程均为2周。结果 治疗组心绞痛临床症状及心电图的总有效率分别为90.48%和76.19%，均显著优于对照组(71.79%和58.97%)。治疗组临床疗效和心电图改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 低分子肝素钙联合复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全有效、值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Lowmolecularweight heparins calcium injection with Compound DanShen dripping pills in the treatment ofunstable angina pectoris.Methods 81 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group(39cases)and treatment group(42cases).39 patients in control group were treatedwith traditional drugs;42 patients in treatment group were treated with not only traditional drugs but also Compound DanShen dripping pills(20 pills once,three times a day for 14 days)and Lowmolecularweight heparins calcium injection(6000U once,hypodermic injection,one a day of 7 days).2 weeks as a therapy course in both 2 groups.Results In treatment group,the total effective rate and electrocardiogram improvement rate were 90.48%and 76.19%respectively,it were higher than those in control group(71.79%and 58.97%).The clinic effectriveness and improvement of ECG in the treated group was better than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are obvious therapeutic efficacy of Lowmolecularweight heparins calcium injection combined with Compound DanShen dripping pills for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.It is good for clinic extending use.

不稳定型心绞痛是临床上常见急症,是稳定型心绞痛和急性心肌梗死之间的中间状态,治疗不及时或不当,容易发展为急性心肌梗死或猝死。减少再住院及死亡，如何预防其心脏事件的发生是极其重要的。我们从2009年5月至2010年11月对我科住院的42例不稳定型心绞痛患者应用低分子肝素钙联合复方丹参滴丸治疗，取得较好效果，现将报告如下。
1 资料与方法
