【摘要】 目的 探讨动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的方法及疗效。方法 应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折68例。结果 本组患者术后随访1年， 1例内固定物松动致髋内翻后行2次手术，其余术后半年至1年愈合。其中优46例(占67.6%)，良17例(占25%)，可4例(占5.9%).差1例(占1.5%)，优良率92.6%。结论 严格掌握DHS手术适应证，规范化操作，提高手术技巧，DHS是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的有效方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and curative effect of the power hip bolt (DHS) treatment thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture. Methods 68 cases of thighbone thick prosperous between bone fracturet were usedDHS for treatment. Results After this group of patients technique, maked a follow-up visit for 1 year, in 1 example the fixture sends in the hip to turn next 2 surgeries loosely, other technique latter part to 1 year cicatrization. And the superior was 46 examples (accountedfor 67.6%), the good was 17 examples (accounted for 25%), 4 examples in poor (accounted for 5.9%). The difference was 1 example (accounted for 1.5%), fine rate was 92.6%. Conclusion Clinical doctors should grasps the DHS surgery to adapt the card strictly, the standardized operation, enhances the surgery skill.
