波依定联合氟伐他汀对原发性高血压左室肥厚的影响(1)

【摘要】 目的 评价波依定合用氟伐他汀对原发性高血压左室肥厚的影响。方法 将80 例原发性高血压左室肥厚患者随机分为A、B 两组,A 组给予波依定5 mg/ d;B 组给予波依定5 mg/ d +氟伐他汀40 mg/ d。疗程6 个月,治疗前后用放免法测定血清中Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ) 、NO含量。分别在用药前后用超声心动图检查评价心肌肥厚。结果 两组患者药物治疗后血压降低的同时LVM I及血清PC Ⅲ浓度也较治疗前降低(P<0.01),B组血清PCⅢ浓度的降低较A组更明显(P<0.05),LVM I的降低在两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组治疗后NO 的变化明显高于A组(P<0.05)结论 波依定合用氟伐他汀对原发性高血压左室肥厚逆转及舒张功能改善有协同作用,较单一用药疗效显著。

【Abstract】 Objective to estimate the effect on Essential hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy with combined usage of Felodipine and Fluvastatin Methods 80 patients with Essential hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy were randomly divided into A, B groups,For 6 months,A group of drug taking Felodipine,5 mg per day;B group of drug taking Felodipine 5 mg and Fluvastatin 40 mg per day. Before and after treatment with serum was measured PCⅢ、NO content by radioimmunoassay,Assessment ventricular hypertrophy with echocardiography before and after treatment respectively.Results Two groups of patients blood pressure lowering drug therapy, hile LVM I and PCⅢ in serum concentrations were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),B groups decreased serum concentration PCⅢ was more obvious than the A group(P<0.05),LVM I reduction in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),NO content in B group changes after treatment was significantly higher than group A(P<0.05)。Conclusion combined usage of Felodipine and Fluvastatin on Essential hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic function for improving the synergy has significant effect than single agent
