【摘要】 硝酸甘油是防治冠心病心绞痛的特效药之一，被成为冠心病患者的“救命药”。它主要通过扩张冠状动脉和静脉血管，降低心肌耗氧量，增加心肌供血，从而达到止痛目的。之所以说它是特效药、救命药，原因在于它起效快、作用维持时间短，舌下含化后1~2 min，心绞痛既可缓解，作用持续时间一般为10~30 min。有时患者在大便前、上楼梯时，也可先含服硝酸甘油片，以预防心绞痛的发作。此外硝酸甘油也是急诊科的常用药之一，本文简单提出其在急诊科用药的几点注意事项。

    【Abstract】 Nitroglycerin is a cure for prevention and treatment of angina pectoris, coronary artery disease, known as "life-saving medicine." It is mainly through the expansion of coronary artery and veins, reducing myocardial oxygen consumption, increased myocardial blood supply, so as to achieve pain relief purposes. The reason why it is a cure for life-saving drugs is that its rapid onset, short duration of effect, sublingual after 1~2 minutes, can relieve angina, the duration of action is generally 10~30 minutes.
