高龄胆道疾病患者的围手术期护理(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨70岁以上高龄胆道疾病患者的围手术期的护理经验。方法 对85例高龄胆道疾病患者制定完善的围手术期护理措施,包括术前评估主要脏器功能,预测手术风险,术后及时监测生命体征,加强并发症的护理等。结果 本组治愈75例,好转7例,死亡3例;术后发生并发症29例,其中,胆道出血2例,切口感染10例,切口裂开6例,腹腔感染3例,肺部感染4例,多脏器衰竭3例,下肢深静脉血栓1例。结论 70岁以上高龄胆道疾病患者手术风险大,护理要求高,围手术期建立有效的护理措施,是提高手术安全性和减少并发症的关键。【关键词】 胆道疾病;高龄;合并症;手术后并发症;围手术期护理
Perioperative Care of Elderly Patients with Biliary Disorders

【Abstract】 Objective To explore perioperative care experience of the 70 years older biliary disease patients. Methods 85 cases of elderly patients with biliary disorders formulated perfect perioperative care measures, including preoperative assessment main viscera function, forecasting, surgical risk and postoperative timely monitoring vital signs, strengthen the complications of nursing, etc. Results 75 cases were cured, 7 cases improved, 3 cases were dead, 29 cases had postoperative complications, among them, bile duct bleeding in 2 cases, infection of incision in10 cases, incision burst in 6 cases, celiac infection in 3 cases, pulmonary infection 4 cases, multiple organ failure 3 cases, 1 case of deep vein thrombosis. Conclusion 70 years older biliary disease patients surgical risk is big, nursing the demand is high, perioperative establishing effective nursing measure, is the key to improve the safety of the operation and reduce the complications. ......
