双钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨远端骨折(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨双钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法 自2007年5月至2009年5月采用双钢板治疗肱骨远端骨折共24例，男16例，女8例；年龄21～76岁，平均39岁。按AO/ASIF分型：A型3例，B型7例，C型14例。按照不同的骨折类型采用相应的内固定并进行功能锻炼。定期随访了解骨折愈合和关节功能恢复情况。结果 24例均获得随访，随访时间14～36个月。平均28个月，24例骨折均愈合，按改良Cassebaum法评价肘关节术后疗效:优15例，良6例，可2例，差1例，优良率87.5%。结论 双钢板固定治疗成人肱骨远端骨折，固定确实，可早期进行肘关节功能锻炼，可以获得满意的治疗效果。【关键词】肱骨远端；骨折；内固定；双钢板
