【摘要】 目的 观察股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗不稳定型股骨转子间骨折疗效。方法 26例患者分别采用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板内固定。结果 术后26例均获随访，随访时间11～18个月，平均14个月。均骨折骨性愈合，无断钉、脱钉、钢板松动、断板及髋内翻、关节僵直等并发症发生。结论 锁定加压钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折具有损伤小、固定可靠、骨折愈合率高等优点。

    【Abstract】 Objective Anatomical observation of proximal femoral locking plate for treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 26 patients with Evans Ⅲ A, Ⅲ B, Ⅳ type were used in patients with anatomical proximal femur locking plate fixation. Results 26 patients were followed up for 11 to 18 months, an average of 14 months. Both bone fracture healing, no broken nails, de nails, steel loose, broken plates and hip varus, joint stiffness and other complications occurred. Conclusion Locking compression plate fixation of intertrochanteric fractures with injury of the small, fixed and reliable, the advantages of high rate of fracture healing. ......
