【摘要】 目的 了解剖宫产围手术期应用抗菌药物情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 随机调阅628例剖宫产病历，利用计算机对剖宫产围手术期用药情况、用药种类及使用率、用药天数、联合用药等资料进行统计、分析、处理。结果 用药合理性存在偏差。结论 分析抗菌药使用情况有利于提高医院的合理用药水平。
