自护理论在颅脑外伤患者压疮预防中的应用
【摘要】 目的 探讨自护理论在颅脑外伤患者压疮预防护理中的应用效果。方法 将96例颅脑外伤患者随机分为对照组与自护组，对照组采取常规整体护理预防压疮。自护组在常规护理的基础上，运用自护理论进行护理。结果 对照组压疮的发生率为1.6%，自护组压疮的发生率为0.2%，统计学分析P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 在颅脑外伤患者压疮预防工作过中，运用自护理论能够提高医护人员的工作效率，提高护士素质，增强患者康复信心。【关键词】自护理论;颅脑外伤;压疮;护理
The Application of Self care Theory in Prevention of Pressure Ulcer

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of self care theory in prevention of pressure ulcer of the craniocerebral trauma patient.Methods Divided the 96 craniocerebral trauma patients into control group and experimental group randomly，The care for the experimental group was to adopt the self care theory while for the control group was to take the normal one.Results The incidence rate of pressur ulcer of control group was 1.6%,and the rate of the control group was 0.2%, The data of tests suggested that the difference between the experimental group and the control group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention of pressure ulcer of the craniocerebral trauma patient, Application of self care theory could improve the efficiency and the quality of nurse,also it could enhance the patients recovery confidence. ......
