【摘要】 Pilon骨折是临床上常见多发性骨折，治疗方式还没有固定的模式。不同类型的骨折有不同治疗方法。其中软组织的保护，手术时机的把握，固定的选择，直接关系到手术的成败。本文就不同类型的Pilon骨折的治疗方法逐一评价，以期寻找对于不同类型pilon骨折的治疗方法。【关键词】

【Abstract】 The Pilon fracture is a common multiple fractures, but the treatment has no fixed pattern. Different types of fractures have different treatments. The soft tissue protection, operation time to grasp, a fixed choice, is directly related to the success or failure of the surgery. This article on the different types of pilon fracture treatment individually evaluated to look for different types of treatment of pilon fractures.
