IL1β对人鼻黏膜上皮细胞黏蛋白MUC5ACmRNA的表达的影响(3)
本研究结果表明IL1β能上调鼻黏膜上皮细胞黏蛋白MUC5ACmRNA的表达，然而，IL1β通过何种途径调节粘蛋白MUC5AC基因的表达和蛋白的分泌仍有待进一步研究。
