静脉滴注赖氨匹林治疗小儿急性热病的疗效考察

     【摘要】目的探讨赖氨匹林在小儿急性热病中的退热疗效。方法选择小儿高热患者40例，随机分为A、B两组，A组选用赖氨匹林静脉滴注；B组选用安痛定肌内注射，分别在用药15、30、60 min后观测体温。结果赖氨匹林退热时间快、疗效好、无不良反应。结论静脉滴注赖氨匹林用于小儿急性热性疾病退热的治疗方式值得临床推广。
