【摘要】 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断急性胰腺炎的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析2006年1月至2010年6月行彩色多普勒超声诊断的急性胰腺炎患者36例的临床资料，分析其超声声像图特征，并与术后病理及临床诊疗确诊结果相对照。结果 超声诊断为急性水肿型胰腺炎23例，急性出血坏死型胰腺炎10例。结论 超声对急性胰腺炎的诊断准确率高，并能做出分型诊断，临床应用方便快捷。
