【摘要】 目的 探讨食管癌外科治疗的方法和经验。方法 回顾性分析食管癌手术治疗80例患者临床资料。结果 本组病例手术切除率93.8%(75/80)，5例因术中发现广泛转移未能切除病灶。发生并发症包括吻合口瘘2例，吻合口狭窄2例，乳糜胸1例，术后出血3例。术后无复发转移，除2例吻合口狭窄患者外，其余患者进食及消化功能均良好。结论 根据患者具体情况来选择手术方式，加强术前准备及术后管理，可以提高治愈率，降低并发症发生率，提高生活质量。

    The analyze 80 cases of esophageal cancer surgery

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the method of surgical treatment of esophageal and experience. Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 cases of esophageal cancer surgical treatment of clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The resection rate of 93.8% patients (75/80), 5 cases because of the transfer operation not found in extensive resection of lesions. Complications included 2 cases of anastomotic leakage, anastomotic stenosis in 2 cases, 1 case of chylothorax, bleeding in 3 cases. There was no recurrence, 2 cases of anastomotic stenosis, the remaining patients were in good eating and digestion. Conclusion Based on the specific situation of patients to choose surgical procedures to enhance preoperative preparation and postoperative management can improve the cure rate and reduce the incidence of complications and improve quality of life. ......
