慢性肾衰竭患者中营养状况较差,易于感染等因素加重了患者的炎症状态,而慢性肾衰患者脂联素水平增高是否与体内炎症状态有关,我们研究中慢性肾衰竭患者CRP与脂联素与健康对照组有明显差异,与文献报道一致。但二者呈正相关,考虑脂联素是由于炎症反应的一种代偿性增高,与Zoccali等[12]的研究中脂联素水平与体内炎症状态并无相关性的报道不相符。而纠其原因,脂联素可以从肾小球率过,因此有些肾脏病本身的高率过是否影响脂联素水平,这有待学者们的进一步证实。
总之,脂联素作为一种新发现的脂肪细胞因子在糖尿病、心血管以及肾脏疾病中发挥着重要的作用,并有可能为这些疾病的诊断与治疗提供思路。
