【摘要】 目的 探讨综合治疗糖尿病并发缺血性脑病的临床疗效。方法 糖尿病并发缺血性脑病患者，口服糖适平片，同时给予奥扎格雷静脉注射，结合中医辨证施治，配合控制饮食和进行适当的运动。结果 治疗总有效率为92.82%，治疗前后神经功能缺损评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 对于糖尿病并发缺血性脑病患者不但要控制血糖，还要同时进行控制血液高凝状态的综合治疗。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the comprehensive treatment of diabetes mellitus the clinical effect of ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Ischemic encephalopathy in patients with diabetes mellitus, oral glucose suitable for plain film, while giving Ozagrel intravenous injection, with TCM syndrome differentiation, with the control diet and appropriate exercise. Results The total effective rate was 92.82%, neurological deficit scores after treatment were significantly different (P<0.01). Conclusion For patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with ischemic encephalopathy not only to control blood sugar, but also to simultaneously control blood hypercoagulability in comprehensive treatment. ......
