【摘要】 目的 探讨纤维喉镜在诊断困难的咽喉疾病中的应用。 方法 对诊断困难的咽喉疾病患者行纤维喉镜检查及治疗，并对所有患者的资料进行了回顾性分析。结果 25患者均诊治成功，11例咽喉舌面异物和2例鼻咽部异物患者在纤维喉镜下做了异物钳出，12例其他咽喉疾病患者在纤维喉镜下明确了诊断。结论 纤维喉镜对诊断困难的咽喉疾病的诊治是一种安全、方便、有效的工具。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of laryngoscope in throat diseasesdifficult to diagnose.Methods 25 patients with troat diseases difficult to diagnose were diagnosed and treated by fiber laryngoscope, and their clinical data were retrospective studied.Results 25 cases of patients were successfully diagnosed or treated.11 cases of throat foreign body in blade of tongue and 2 cases of nasopharyngeal foreign body were forceped out by fiber laryngoscope, and 12 cases of other throat disease were clearly diagnosed by fiber laryngoscope. Conclusion Fiber laryngoscope is a safe, convenient and effective tool to diagnose and cure to throat diseases difficult to diagnose. ......
