     【摘要】骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP2)在骨组织再生和修复上发挥着重要的作用，在临床上应用广泛，但是其具体机制尚不明确，仍需更进一步的研究。此外，BMP2和支架联合应用于骨缺损的治疗、BMP的基因治疗前景广阔，必将成为未来的主要治疗手段。

    【Abstract】

    Bone morphogenetic proteins2(BMP2)has an essential role in bone regeneration and repair, which is used widely in clinical. BMP2 plays a key role in bone regeneration,whose specific mechanism remains to be further studied. In addition,combination BMP2 and scaffolds are supplied in treatment of bone defects. BMP gene therapy possess large prospects,which will become the main treatment in the future.
