县级医院静脉用药调配中心运行模式探讨(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨符合县级医院发展需要的静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)运行模式。方法 对县级医院静脉用药调配中心的筹备建立、工作流程、培训形式、协调管理、实践效果等全程运行方式进行研究。结果 静脉用药调配中心运行近1年时间以来，在促进临床合理用药、降低成本、减少药品浪费以及职业暴露防护等方面取得显著成效。结论 静脉用药调配中心在保证医院医疗质量、促进临床合理用药、降低医疗成本以及职业暴露防护等方面具有积极的意义和作用，其运行模式值得在县级医院推广应用。【关键词】 县级医院；静脉用药调配中心；运行模式；实践效果

【Abstract】 Objective
To comply with the county hospital development needs of the centre of the configuration (pivas)mode. Methods To the county hospital, the configuration of the establishment and work flow, training, coordination, management and practice for the effective operation conducted research. Results The central vein of the configuration operation for almost a year, to promote the rational use of drugs, cutting costs and reducing waste of medicines and professional protection and expose has achieved noticeable results. Conclusion The conclusion that the configuration in hospital for medical and promoting the rational use of drugs, medical costs and reducing the employment to protect the terms of positive meaning and function.
