睾丸损伤的高频彩超诊断
【摘要】 目的 探讨高频彩超在睾丸损伤诊断中的价值，提高睾丸损伤的诊治水平。方法 回顾性分析16例睾丸损伤的临床资料，总结分析其临床表现及CDFI声像图特征。结果 16例睾丸损伤患者高频彩超显示睾丸、附睾形态大小、内部回声改变，睾丸内血液供应情况。所有病例均经手术证实。结论 高频彩超为睾丸损伤首选检查方法，结合临床表现可确诊睾丸损伤。【关键词】 睾丸损伤；彩色；多普勒；超声检查

【Abstract】 Objective
To investigate the value of the highfrequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of testicular damage and improve the diagnosis and treatment of testicular injury. Methods 16 cases of testicular injury clinical data were analyzed, reviewed of the clinical manifestations and sonographic characteristics CDFI.
