【摘要】 目的 探讨骨纤维异常增殖症的影像学表现。方法 回顾性分析20例骨纤维异常增殖症的影像学表现，其20例均行X线及16排螺旋CT检查，并进行三维重建。结果 骨纤维异常增殖症的影像学表现复杂，表现多种多样，其分为三型，1、变形性骨炎型2、硬化型 3囊型。结论 本病的影像学表现对本病诊断及治疗起着不可估量的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the imaging of bone's fibrous dysplasia.Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 cases of fibrous dysplasia of the imaging performance of the 20 patients underwent X-and 16-slice spiral CT, and three-dimensional reconstruction. Results Fibrous dysplasia of bone imaging features of complex, performance varied, divided into three types, 1.Paget type often show multiple bone lesions, characterized by thickening of the skull, skull bone plates and top bubble swelling was unilateral, the bone plate to the plate and cranial expansion into the barrier 2. the hardening affected than the maxilla mandible, and mostly single bone type. Damage was hardening or ground glass appearance. More common in the mandible bone-type damage, manifested as an isolated bone wall smooth and Cystic through ray 3. the skull was an isolated or multiple ring or rose-shaped defect. Conclusion The application of multi-slice spiral CT, images of this disease manifestations of this disease diagnosis and treatment plays an invaluable role. ......
