【摘要】 目的 探讨三维适形放疗治疗外耳道中耳癌的临床疗效。方法 应用三维适形放疗:采用CT扫描，层厚、层距均为3～5 mm，CT扫描资料经光缆传送至三维适形治疗计划系统，勾画靶区，范围为CT上可见病变外放1～1.5 cm，总量达65～70 Gy。结果 12例患者放疗后随访，最长随访3年，2例死于肿瘤复发，1例死于肿瘤脑转移，1例死于肿瘤肺转移，总的3年生存率为66.7%。肿瘤部位在外耳道和外耳道及中耳均有肿瘤的3年生存率分别为71.4%和50.0%。结论 外耳道中耳癌采用三维适形放疗3年生存率较文献报道相似，且没有手术及普通放疗的副作用，其治疗副作用能为大多患者所耐受，是一种较为理想的治疗方法.

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect for three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3-DCRT)on carcinoma of external and middle ear.Methods Apply 3-DCRT：scanning by CT and layer spacing was 3～5 mm, the data was sent to treatment planning system by cable and sketch out the target that was visible lesion on CT and added 1～1.5 cm external visible lesion on CT. The total dose was 65～70 Gy. Results All patients was followed up after radiotherapy, the longest was 3 years.Two patients died of tumor recurrence, one patient died of brain moving and one died of lung moving, the three year survival rate was 66.7%. The three year survival rate that tumor was on carcinoma of external and middle ear was 71.4% and 50.0% respectively. Conclusion The three year survival rate that apply 3-DCRT on carcinoma of external and middle ear is similar literature report and there is no side effect such as surgeon and ordinary radiotherapy, It can be indure by most of the patients and is an ideal treatment. ......
