【摘要】 目的 观察急诊内镜套扎治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效及并发症。方法 采用奥林巴斯160 gIF电子胃镜，六连环套扎机对43例食管静脉曲张破裂出血的患者进行治疗并随访其中的36例观察12个月。结果 43例均在胃镜下临时止血成功, 止血成功率为100%，2例又联合介入进行胃冠状静脉栓塞术。43例有37例术后2周内未发生再出血，其中19例2周复查胃镜18例食管静脉曲张减轻1级或1级以上。结论 急诊内镜套扎治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血是简单、安全、有效的治疗方法，虽然远期疗效不满意，但为下一步治疗赢得宝贵的时机。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect and the complication ofemergency the mirror wrap grips treatment of esophagus varicosity breakage hemorrhage. Methods 43 cases esophagus varicosity breakage hemorrhage were treated by Orrin the Buss 160GIF electron gastroscope and six inseparable units grip machine and made a follow-up visit 36 examples to observe for 12 months. Results 43 examples temporarily stop bleeding under the gastroscope successfully, the hematischesis success ratio was100%,2 examples unites the involvement to carry on the stomach coronal phlebothrombosis technique. After treatment 2 weeks, 37 cases not occurred bleed again , After 2 week, 19 cases were reviewed, 18 cases esophagus varicosity reduced 1 level or above 1 level. Conclusion The method is simple, safe, the effective method of treatment, although the forward curative effect is unsatisfied, but wins the precious opportunity for the next step treatment. ......
