浅谈我院药房管理存在的问题和对策
【摘要】 药房在医院药品管理中发挥着重大作用，但目前医院药房普通存在着制度不规范、管理不科学、药学服务人员整体素质不高等问题，这严重影响了医院的对外形象，同时对医院安全用药也产生了不良影响。制定相关制度，加强管理是改善药房现状的主要措施，这对提高药品管理、医院管理水平具有重大意义。【关键词】药房管理；药品质量；药师
The problems and countermeasures of pharmacy management in our hospital

【Abstract】
The pharmacy plays a major role in drug management in the hospital, but at present there are several problems in the pharmacy management, such as the pharmacy management system is not standard and science, and pharmaceutical service personnels overall quality is not so high, which affect the hospital foreign image seriously and peoples safety to use medicines. Some mearsurs should be taken to improve the current situation. Establish relevant system and strengthen management are the main measurs, and they have great significance to mprove the drug management and hospital management levels.
