【摘要】 天然来源是紫杉醇最主要的来源途径。随着科学工作者对紫杉醇的深入研究，紫杉醇的多种来源途径被开辟出来。通过半合成并对其进行结构修饰所得到的紫杉醇类化合物及其类似物，显示出与紫杉醇相当甚至更强的抗癌活性，并且其抗多药耐药性、水溶性、抗癌谱、毒副作用等诸方面性质均优于紫杉醇。

    【Abstract】 The main source of paclitaxel was nature. A lot of sources were discovered by scientist's research. The paclitaxel derivatives which were semi-synthesized and structural modified, had more anti-cancer activities, anti-multi-drug resistance, water solubility, anti-cancer species, and less poison-side effects than paclitaxel.
