腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊颈部嵌顿结石118例报告(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗胆囊颈部结石嵌顿的应用。方法 对我科118例施行LC治疗胆囊颈部结石嵌顿的回顾性分析。结果 116例顺利完成LC，1例因Mirrizzi综合征而中转开腹，1例因胆囊三角致密粘连中转开腹无胆管损伤等并发症。结论 LC治疗胆囊颈部结石嵌顿安全可靠、创伤小、恢复快。【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment of calculus incarcerated in neck of gallbladder. Methods 118 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment of calculus incarcerated in neck of gallbladder were analyzed retrospectively. Results 116 cases were operation completed successfully. 1 case with Mirrizzi syndrome was transferred to open surgery. 1 case with calot triangle density adhesion was transferred to open surgery. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment of calculus incarcerated in neck of gallbladder is reliable , safe and faster recovery. ......
