双边外固定支架治疗粉碎性肱骨干骨折
【摘要】 目的 探讨双边外固定架治疗肱骨干粉碎性骨折的方法及疗效。方法 采用双边外固定架治疗肱骨干骨折35例。结果 本组35例患者术后均获随访，平均随访4.5年(6个月~8年)，骨折愈合良好，无切口感染发生，其中优16例，良15例，可3例，差1例，优良率为88.57%。结论 双边外固定架治疗肱骨干骨折具有手术操作简便、创伤小，固定牢靠，愈合快的优点。【关键词】

Treatment of fracture of shaft of humerus with bilateral external fixation

【Abstract】 Objective
To explore the virtue and technique of bilateral external fixation in the treatment of the fracture of humerus shaft. Methods Thirty five patients with fracture of humerus shaft had been treated by bilateral external fixation. Results All the cases had been followed up for an average 4.5 years(6 months~8 years). They had achieved a fractures union. No infection had happen in the cases. The results had been excellent in 16 cases, good in 15 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 1 case. The rate of both excellent and good was 88.57%. Conclusion The treatment of the humerus shaft fracture with bilateral external fixation has some advantages such as convenient operative procedure, micro-wound, safe fixation and healing up quickly. ......
