【摘要】 目的 提高妊娠糖尿病酮症酸中毒的诊治水平。方法 回顾性总结12例妊娠糖尿病酮症酸中毒的孕期相关资料、就诊原因、发病诱因、发病时血糖水平及救治方法和母儿结局。结果 妊娠糖尿病伴酮症酸中毒的发生与产检不规范未及时诊断糖尿病、或已诊断糖尿病但未及时用胰岛素有关。就诊原因中半数患者症状典型，半数症状不典型，如：腹痛、心悸胸闷、感染发热。发病诱因与进食不当、自行停用或减少胰岛素用量及感染有关。救治方法是在内分泌医师和产科医师共同配合下迅速控制血糖纠正酮症酸中毒。结论 妊娠糖尿病酮症酸中毒多发生于产检不规范，血糖控制不理想孕妇。故规范孕期产检、及时诊断妊娠糖尿病、及时控制血糖、及早应用胰岛素可防止酮症酸中毒的发生。在内分泌医师和产科医师共同配合下可迅速纠正酮症酸中毒，改善母儿结局。

12 cases of diabetes ketoacidosis in pregnancy

【Abstract】 Objective
To improve the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes ketoacidosis. Methods 12 cases were retrospectively summarized diabetic ketoacidosis during pregnancypregnancy-related material, medical reasons, the cause, the blood glucose levels and treatment methods and the outcomeofmothers and newborns. Results Gestational diabetes with ketoacidosis happened in standard and inspection not timely diagnose diabetes, or already diagnosis but not with diabetes in time the insulin. Medical reasons for half of the patients had symptoms typical, half of the atypical symptoms, such as: abdominal pain, heart palpitations, chest distress, fever infection. Predisposing factors were concerned with eating not to disable, self-deactivate or reduce the amount of insulin and infection. The best treatment method was in endocrine physicians and obstetrician with the coordination to control blood sugar rapidly corrected with ketoacidosis. Conclusion Gestational diabetic ketoacidosis occurs more often in production inspection is not standard, maternal blood glucose control is not ideal. So standard in pregnancy inspection, timely diagnosis of gestational diabetes, blood sugar control in a timely, early application of insulin can prevent ketoacidosis from occurring. Endocrine physicians and obstetricians in coordination with the joint can be quickly corrected ketoacidosis, improve he outcome of mothers and newborns.

妊娠糖尿病伴酮症酸中毒，是一种可危及孕妇、胎儿生命的产科严重合并症，如不及时抢救或处理不当，则孕产妇及围产儿死亡率高，现将我院近11年来收治的妊娠糖尿病酮症酸中毒12例，回顾性总结如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 1999年1月至2010年6月我院收治妊娠糖尿病酮症酸中毒12例。本文从孕期相关资料、就诊原因、发病诱因、发病时血糖水平及糖尿病其他相关因素列表总结如下：
