【摘要】 目的 探讨老年患者髋关节术后防脱位护理干预的作用，预防全髋关节置换术后脱位的发生率。方法 把我院实行防脱位护理干预措施应用于2009年1月1日到2010年12月31日两年期间超过60岁58例全髋关节置换老年患者，与2009年前进行的超过60岁122例全髋关节置换老年患者进行纵向对比。结果 两组数据显示，2009年前术后老年患者脱位率为10.65%，实行防脱位护理干预的老年患者发生脱位率只有1.72%，二组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 髋关节术后防脱位护理干预可有效降低人工髋关节置换术后关节脱位的发生率。
