肝癌介入术后护理(1)
【摘要】 目的 本文探讨实施有效的肝癌介入术后期护理，从介入治疗、心理、精神等因素分析影响肝癌介入疗效的护理要点，旨在减少术后并发症、保证介入疗效及提高患者的生存质量。方法 详细给患者介绍治疗目的、方法及效果，做好心理护理、调节饮食、完善各项辅助检查、按时术前用药，观察穿刺局部和术侧肢体情况，对患者进行心理干预、健康教育。结果 肝癌介入术后护理，是疗效的重要保证，它不但能提高患者战胜疾病的信心，而且还可使患者积极配合医师进行操作，减少术后并发症的发生。结论 周密细致的护理对保证介入治疗的顺利实施和减轻并发症的发生具有重要作用。【Abstract】 Objective This paper discusses the effective nursing after vascular interventional postoperative period of liver cancer, from the liver interventional procedures, psychological, spiritual and other factors affecting the efficacy of nursing designed to reduce postoperative complications, to ensure the efficacy and improve patient quality of life. Methods Nursing patients about good psychological care, regulating diet, improving various laboratory examinations and taking preoperative medication on time by detailing the purpose, methods and results.Observing the puncture side limb of the local and nursing patients with psychological intervention, health education.Results Careful and meticulous nursing has an important role in ensuring the smooth implementation of intervention and reduce the incidence of complications. ......
