振动感觉阈值测定对糖尿病周围神经病变诊断价值探讨(2)

     糖尿病周围神经病变作为糖尿病常见并发症，可严重影响糖尿病患者的生活质量，缩短生存时间。早期诊断和治疗可以防止或延缓不良后果的发生，然而糖尿病早期周围神经病变并无临床症状及体征，如果医生仅根据患者的症状来判断，很可能延误诊断与早期干预，VPT测定简便、无创、耗时较小、价格较低，患者顺应性好，有助于提高周围神经病变的检出率及早期诊断，预测糖尿病足的发生，在糖尿病门诊及住院患者的诊疗中具有较高的应用价值，应予临床推广。
