【摘要】 目的 探讨支撑喉镜联合0°鼻内镜声带息肉切除术的临床疗效。方法 在支撑喉镜声带息肉切除术中运用鼻内镜影像系统,对用此方法手术的100例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 100例中97例治愈(97.0%), 3例有效(3.0%),术后随访6个月至1年,平均6个月,均无复发。结论 支撑喉镜联合0°鼻内镜手术视野更清楚、手术更精确、病变易彻底清除、效果好,复发率低。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of combined 0 DEG laryngoscope nasal endoscopic resection of vocal fold polyp.Methods In laryngoscope supported resection of vocal fold polyp in the use of nasal endoscopic imaging system, the method of operation on 100 cases of patients with clinical data were analyzed. Results Among 100 cases, 97 cases were cured (97%), effective in 3 case (3%), after a follow,up of 6 months to 1 years, mean 6 months, no recurrence. Conclusion The laryngoscope combined with 0 degrees of nasal endoscopic operation visual field more clearly, more precise, easy operation lesions completely clear and good effect, low recurrence rate. ......
