【摘要】 目的 分析提上睑肌缩短治疗重度先天性上睑下垂术中要点并观察疗效。方法 术前明确诊断为重度先天性上睑下垂患者，施行提上睑肌缩短术，观察眼睑位置、弧度及并发症。结果 14例16眼患者，有12例14眼矫正良好，2例2眼矫正不足，经二次手术后矫正满意。结论 提上睑肌缩短术治疗重度先天性上睑下垂，疗效满意，可作为首选术式。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the operation points and observe the effect of levator shortening in severe congenital ptosis. Methods We performed levator shortening operation on patients with severe congenital ptosis diagnosed preoperation and examined the eyelid position, curvature and complications. Results 16 eyes of 14 patients were studied,12 eyes of 14 patients were well corrected,2 eyes of 2 patients were undercorrected and satisfied by the second corrective surgery. Conclusion Levator shortening operation is an effective method in treatment with severe congenital ptosis and can be used as the preferred surgical procedures.
