跟骨关节内骨折解剖钢板内固定的疗效分析
【摘要】 目的 研究解剖钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法 采用解剖钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折52例。结果 按照Maryland足部评分标准评定患者术后功能,优39例,良6例，可5例，差2例。优良率86.5%。结论 应用解剖钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折具有复位好、牢固可靠、足功能恢复快等特点,是目前治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效确切而理想的方法,但是手术时机和手术适应证需严格把握，可以减少或避免并发症产生。【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective
To study the anatomical plate in treatment of intraarticular calcaneal fractures. Methods Anatomic plate internal fixation for treatment of intraarticular calcaneal fractures in 52 cases. Results According to the Maryland foot assessment system in patients with postoperative function,excellent in 39 cases, good in 6 cases, 5 cases, 2.The excellent and good rate was 86.5%.
