先天性尿道畸形及尿道异位尿潴留患者的护理
【摘要】 目的 探讨尿道畸形及尿道异位、尿潴留患者的导尿及留置尿管护理。方法 列举病例说明尿道畸形及异位患者的导尿操作过程。结果 通过耐心细致的尿道口探查寻找及规范化操作，患者尿潴留症状消失且无并发症发生。结论 尿道畸形及尿道异位较为少见，总结此类患者导尿操作的经验教训对护士业务能力的提高大有裨益。【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective
To investigate the deformity of urethra and urethral endometriosis patients with retention of urine, urethral catheterization and nursing of indwelling catheter. Methods for enumerating case note urinary tract abnormalities and ectopic patients with catheterization operation process. Results the patient and meticulous urethra probe for and standardized operation, patients with retention of urine symptoms disappeared and no complication. Conclusion deformity of urethra and urethral endometriosis is rare, the sum of such patients with catheterization operation experience and lessons to be of great advantage to improve the ability of nurses.
