股骨头缺血性坏死50例介入治疗的临床分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨股骨头缺血性坏死介入治疗的临床疗效及应用价值。方法 采用Seldinger穿刺技术，在DSA监视导引下插入导管注射药物。结果 本组病例50例共76个股骨头，疼痛消失32例，占64%，I期Ⅱ期患者髋关节运动障碍全部消失,负重能力增强,随访观察股骨头无任何不良现象反应。Ⅲ期患者髋关节活动功能改善不明显。IV期患者则无明确疗效。结论 介入治疗股骨头缺血坏死具有操作简单、创伤小、并发症少、血管再通率高、临床症状减轻明显，具有一定的临床应用价值及推广价值。【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective
To evaluate the effectiveness and availability of interventional therapy to the ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Methods Medicine were injected with catheter under DSA monitoring and guidance by Seldinger technique. Results The 32 patients pains were relieved in this group (64% among 50 patients and 76 femoral heads). Among the I and II stage patients, the hip dyskinesia was disappeared, furthermore, the weightbearing capacity was enhanced. The followup did not show any adverse reaction. However, the III stage patients activity function was not improved obviously and the IV stage patients also had the same results. Conclusion The interventional therapy to the ischemic necrosis of femoral head is very convenient, effective, minimally invasive and safe, and it should be recommended. ......
